Chairman of Jakarta Legislative (DPRD) Commission B, Tubagus Arif disclosed, related agency to simplify business licensing for the small and middle enterprises (UMKM). This is done, because they complain about the difficulty to process licensing, because of incompatible zoning.

"If they (UMKM) do not pollute the environment, it is necessary to have consideration. So do not because incompatible zoning, the business licensing cannot be issued," he expressed, Thursday (1/26).

He added, it would be a priority, which will be discussed in a ratified draft bylaw on zoning and spatial planning.

According to Arif, it is supposedly the government gives more attention and help small industry in order to grow.

"Zoning rules must support small industries," he finis hed.
