Jakarta Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) launched new uniform with Betawi batik pattern. That uniform which has dark blue base color was introduced in Kartini's Day celebration in Jakarta Hub, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Thursday (5/4).
For all this time, actually we don't have uniform unlike in other regions
Jakarta DWP Leader, Rusmiati Saefullah said, batik material for uniform will be ordered from fostered local craftsmen in several flats.
"For all this time, actually we don't have uniform unlike in other regions. After this, we will realize it to all DWP members," she said, Thursday (5/4).

Related to Kartini's day celebration, Jakarta DWP Advisor, Veronica Tjahaja Basuki Purnama hopes, women in Jakarta could be inspired by Kartini's spirit to make women's destiny to be better.
"We hope this activity could inspire governance to stand for women's right," she closed.
