Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan emphasizes the importance of planning in development.

According to him, development which is done by government could be considered useful for public or not is determined from the planning phase. Through planning, government can manage the concept and the continuous implementation.

"Planning phase is very important," he mentioned while opening and giving referrals in Musrenbang Plenum of Jakarta Government Work Plan (RKPD) 2019 at City Hall. Wednesday (4/11).

He explained, this activity should be a medium for collaboration between government and public in development.

"Public should be benefited in development that we make. We must ensure them to feel grateful for living in Jakarta. Family must be our first target," he stated.

He added, Jakarta Government will more concern towards pregnant women, child nutrition fulfillment, clean water, investment, and employment.

"If special needs were done, then common needs will follow," he said.
