Many passengers, Faisal disclosed, recklessly break through flood to get to the bus. "We also help elderly to get to the bus," he told.
Heavy Rain, Kampung Pulo InundatedHead of Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Dwi Basuki expressed since yesterday afternoon, rain intensity is extreme enough and causing Cipinang Timur River behind terminal overflowed. Its water level reached adult knee.
"Flooding happened at 2 AM, and its water level has reached adult knee at 4 AM. Thus, passengers had to roll up their pants," he expressed.
He furthered that bus operational is fine. Yet the passenger candidates had difficulties to get to the bus due to terminal condition is muddy.
"At 6 AM, flooding has receded gradually. If the rain was stop, flood would recede in afternoon," he stated.
