Jakarta Central Information Commission (KIP) is socializing Right to Know Day (RTKD) that falls on September 27, 2018.

Jakarta Central Information Commission (KIP) is socializing Right to Know Day (RTKD) that falls on September 27, 2018.It is held on the sidelines of Car Free Day along Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Sunday (9/23).Jakarta KIP Chairman, Alamsyah Basri stated that the people's right to get public information has been guaranteed in Article 28 F of the Law 1945 Constitution and the Law Public Information Openness."Today is the era of public information disclosure. Right now we are socializing the public right to know information from the government," he expressed.Jakarta KIP will be used as a pilot by the National Police Headquarters in a bid to open public information to all work units within the Jakarta Provincial Government.Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic Acting Head, Netty Herawati stated that his party is very supporting this event."Through SKPD/UKPD, we have done information disclosure to the public in all respects, according to the applicable rules," she stated.
