Public Agency Evaluation Executing Team Chairwoman, Wa Ode Asmawati encouraged them to actively answer the 2019 Public Agency ranking questionnaire.
"They (PPID) must be ready to answer as this year has a different development than last year," she explained.
The law itself distinguishes the role of public relations and PPID. Public relation is limited to providing information while PPID is related to documents and archives.
"The management of exempted information must strictly be based on the law and have passed the consequences test," she told.
On the other hand, Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic Division Head, Harry Sanjaya uttered that the Jakarta KIP was invited to explain the duties and functions in managing public information.
Hopefully PPID members could receive more knowledge about service governance and better information presentation during the forum.
