The West Jakarta administration, received staple food packages aid from the Branch Management Agency (BPC) of West Jakarta Indonesian National Construction Implementation Association (Gapanesi), on Monday (5/4).

West Jakarta Mayor Rustam Effendi expressed his grateful for the aid, which will be distributed to communities affected by COVID-19.

"Thank you for the help you provided," he expressed.

West Jakarta BPC Gapensi Chairman Hotlan Panjaitan explained that the 7,000 packages of staples given were the results of a COVID-19 donation from the West Jakarta Gapensi caretakers and members.

"Each package consists of 1 liter of cooking oil, 425 grams of canned sardines, 1 kg of flour, 2 packages of egg noodles and 4 packages of instant noodles," he told.

Hopefully it could provide benefits and could ease the burden on the needy.
