Homestay Units in Pramuka Island Checked Regarding Health Protocols Implementation

Thousand Islands Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Sub-agency monitored health protocols implementation in homestay units in Pramuka Island to make sure it is ready for  receiving visitors during transitional PSBB period.

Thousand Islands Parekraf Sub-agency Head, Puji Astuti conveyed, her side monitored together with Satpol PP and Safe Island Task Force Team to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

Harapan Island is Still Closed for Tourists

From this monitoring, several homestay units have fulfilled all the requirements such as spraying homestay with disinfectant before operating, providing hand washing facility including soap and hand sanitizer, marking the safe distance (to maintain physical distancing), providing thermometer gun and guest list, and agreeing to receive only 50 percent from unit's capacity.

"Those who can fulfill those requirements are allowed to operate, while those who don't fulfill it should be closed until the situation back to normal," she explained.
