“I sell various handicraft products online. Alhamdulillah, I got a positive response from customers," said the mother with two children, Sunday (2/20).
Since then, she has focused on turning her sewing hobby into a business. To hone her skills, she diligently participated in independent business training held by the Jakarta administration.
"I always follow patchwork training to improve my production creations," she expressed.
The business, which she has been engaged in since 2016, greatly helped her household economy. Every day, she can produce more than 30 pieces of handicrafts from patchwork with a turnover of around Rp 1.5 to Rp 2 million per month.
"To introduce my product to the public, I also diligently participate in the bazaar," she admitted.
She also tried to pass on her expertise to the residents around her environment, RT 08/RW 08, No. 34, Jalan Menteng Jaya, Menteng Urban Village, Central Jakarta. She hoped, it could help the household economy in the environment.
