Seribu Islands Civil Servants Must Take Advantage of Mass Transportation to Improve Air Quality

The Seribu Islands Regency administration is also supporting efforts to reduce air pollution in Jakarta by encouraging state civil servants (ASN) to use mass transportation.

They must use public transportation optimally

Seribu Islands Rgent, Junaedi disclosed his party had implemented Work From Home (WFH) which would last for the next two months which aims to improve air quality in Jakarta

"Today, some of our employees have worked from home. However, I still remind them that when needed they must come to the office," he expressed, Monday (8/21).

Here is PT Transjakarta's Effort to Boost Air Quality Improvement

He explained employees working in offices or Work From Office (WFO) were also urged to use mass transportation or electric vehicles.

"They must use public transportation optimally, thus we can actively contribute to reducing air pollution in Jakarta," he explained.

He added the Seribu Islands Regency General Bureau would record all ASNs who use private vehicles.

"We have data on the number of vehicles owned by employees. Because they must have a role in reducing air pollution in Jakarta," he asserted.
