"It is important for us to see and hear from other points of view to manage the direction of policy which is now in its 12th year in this third period," he expressed, in the written statement, Tuesday (12/12).
He hoped that Jakarta KI's progress would be more optimal next year.
Meanwhile, Human Capital Specialist Speaker, Ja'an Pamuji, said that the strategy to optimize performance is influenced by mindset, behavior, and culture.
"This is influenced by the type of thinking potential (analytical, structural, and conceptual) and the type of potential for expressive, adaptive, and assertive behavior," he expressed.
Organizational Development and HR Consultant, Arnis Fathi explained about managing stress in the work environment, as it was important to bring happiness to work which will stimulate productivity.
"Being happy at work will be more productive," he explained.
Customer Management, Hans Mahendra Fadil added that a positive work environment would influence work productivity.
"The importance of maintaining mental health in the workplace is to stay positive and productive," he stated.
