She explained that electronic ID card photo recording services provided to people with disabilities include recording fingerprints, retinas, or eyeballs, and taking visual photos to be stored in the population database.
To get this service, residents can fill out an application form by scanning the QR-Code or filling out the form via the link bit.ly/LaksaBetawiJaksel which can be accessed on a smartphone.
"I've urged our officers to be extra careful, patient, and full of compassion in serving people with disabilities," she explained.
She added the various services provided were aimed at ensuring that residents were orderly in population administration (adminduk), as every Indonesian citizen had the right to have a valid identity.
"Cumulatively, in 2023, e-KTP recording in Jakarta will reach 1,788,000 people or 99.7 percent of the target of 1,793,287 people," he stated.
