He asserted, all the elements set by the PAN RB Ministry as a reference for the assessment of the Cempaka Putih RSUD had been met.
Even though he has received an excellent title, he admitted that there were still recommendations from the team that needed to be fixed. In the future, the service rating will be even better and become a model for other RSUDs in Central Jakarta.
This year, he explained, three Evaluation Service Units (ULE) would be studied. They were Cempaka Putih RSUD, Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency, and Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency.
"It isn't just about the competition or the scoring. More than that, we see the seriousness of the Cempaka Putih RSUD in providing good services to the community, because the basis for the assessment is the community satisfaction index," he explained.
Cempaka Putih RSUD's Rumah Sehat Jakarta Director, Selvy Devita Anggeraini explained the innovation in this year's assessment focused on services for people with disabilities.
Besides facilitating the disabled with foot-slip tiles, the hospital also has an elevator completed with glass for deaf patients, the first in Jakarta.
This innovative service for disabilities includes prescribing medication for the visually impaired. They used the marker staple method to provide information to facilitate drug consumption patterns as recommended.
"We also have advantages compared to other RSUDs in Jakarta, namely, hospitality. From the first entry to the pharmacy section, everyone was served with friendly," he stated.
