Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat appreciated the execution of the Indonesia International Motor Show (IMMS) held in JIExpo Kebayoran, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (8/19). Hopefully, this annual event could be one of the driving wheels of the economy.

This annual event is also expected to drive the city's economic growth, especially in industry sector

He stated that various big events that held in capital should be beneficial for economy development.

"This annual event is also expected to drive the city's economic growth, especially in industry sector," he exclaimed, Wednesday (8/19).

As the host, he furthered, the city should be a customer and a manufacturer of industrial products.

"Our city must have own automobile industry thus we could compete with other countries," he told.

Besides him, such event was also attended by Vice President Jusuf Kalla and some cabinet ministers.
