Budget Absorption in C. Jakarta Only Reached 23 Percent

The budget absorption in Central Jakarta until this Friday (9/4), only reached 23 percent of the total budget this year amounted to Rp 2.2 trillion.

There are 2 total renovations and 7 heavy renovations for urban village offices

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede said, the low absorption is due to the long auction process. Then the physical project is currently still ongoing. Therefore, the billing disbursement also cannot be conducted yet.

"There are 2 total renovations and 7 heavy renovations for urban village offices. Besides, we're also finishing the construction of Block D Building in the mayor office environment," said Pardede, Friday (9/4).

Budget Absorption in Seribu Islands Only Reach 19 Percent

He told, the cancellation of reparation plan for KPUD DKI building at Jalan Budi Kemuliaan is also one of the causes of the low absorption. It was actually ready to be auctioned. But when the building was observed turned out there was building structure which is sloping.

"Thus, it needs to be researched and reviewed deeply by Public Works Ministry's Research Institute for Human Settlements (Puslitbang Permukiman). But it takes about 3 months, so it's impossible," he uttered.

Whereas, he continued, his party has prepared the renovation budget amounted to Rp 1.5 billion. "The budget then returned to the regional treasury," he finished.
