He explained the application is very useful for Supervision and Social Controlling Section (P3S) officers to take action of citizens complaints.

He appealed citizens to be more sensitive and active if there are disturbing PMKS found. Moreover, their existence violates the Bylaw No. 8/2007 on Public Order.
"We appeal citizens not to give money to beggars. From Qlue application, there have been 17 PMKS netted," he disclosed.
