South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi stated that until this November, the budget absorption only reaches Rp 30 percent. Hence, his side will work harder so that the target could be reached.

"There are still physical development in urban village and sub-district, usually it will be visible ahead of December," he disclosed.
