Sooner or later, Jakarta Provincial Government is going to conduct a test towards Jakarta civil servants. It aims to replace urban village head in Jakarta.

"I will test more than 600 candidates of urban village head. Thus 267 other heads began to realize if the reserve players are ready," expressed Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama, in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Tuesday (12/1).

Ahok likens it is like a football team, if your position is a quarterback and do not want to run or attacker but would not back down, the coach will definitely replace you. Hence, I'll run fast, to make the coach changed his mind.

He uttered, thus far, he had replaced three Heads of Jakarta Bina Marga Department. This is because, he was not a polite person and this is a football philosophy.

"If you are too polite, I do not wonder why the Indonesian nation of 240 million people never became a world champion. Because the coach is polite, doubt in replacing player, etc," he stated.
