East Jakarta Administration will intensify tax assessment of business sector that could potentially gain a lot of tax. Especially in the business service that impose value-added tax (PPN) to the consumer.

“We’ll keep boosting hotel and restaurant tax revenue and investigate whether the PPN is deposited or not,” said Bambang Musyawardhana, East Jakarta Mayor, Wednesday (12/2).

Musyawardhana added there are 100 taxpayers in arrears by amounting Rp 30-40 billion,” Mr. Governor instructed to keep pushing tax evader,” he uttered.

In addition, he instructed Headmen to also contribute in pushing tax revenue against tax evader in respective area. “Headmen must assist us,” he asserted.
