South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Transportation received five new crane units from Jakarta Dept. of Transportation. It is hoped the additional crane units will maximize the illegal parking control in South Jakarta.

“Yes we have received five units from the department level,” said Priyanto, Head of the agency, Thursday (12/10).
According to him, total number of crane unit in South Jakarta is now nine, but two of them need a rejuvenation due to often suddenly stop working.
Tow Operators to Be Given Incentive“Our prediction those five new crane units could be operated next Monday after completing the document processes,” he added.
He continued that the crane units will go mobile around South Jakarta area to control the illegal parking.
