"I don't want the officers to be like thugs, it means from the appearance, don't wear any earrings or have a long hair," said the Urban Village Head, Bambang, Tuesday (12/15).

Eventually, if the candidates are accepted to be part of PPSU, they are demanded to take initiative when seeing any residents complaint.

"I also stress PPSU to take initiative if seeing trash piles, fallen trees, broken facilities and participate to help needy residents," he stressed.
