Tanjung Priok Terminal Cleaned

As many as 142 Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers and 30 cleanliness freelancers were deployed to clean up Tanjung Priok Terminal, North Jakarta and repair street lights in the location.

For the road is cleaned using street sweeper of Cleanliness Sub-Department and fire truck. Besides that, whole malfunctioned street lights are also repaired

Then, 7 dump trucks, 1 fire truck and 1 street sweeper were also deployed in the cleaning activity that has been going since last Thursday until Friday dawn (12/25).

Tanjung Priok Sub-District Head, Yusuf Madjid stated the cleaning is conducted by sweeping, picking up and cleaning up the trash inside the terminal and Transjakarta bus stop. The fences were also cleaned using wet towel and the posters removed.

"For the road is cleaned using street sweeper of Cleanliness Sub-Department and fire truck. Besides that, whole malfunctioned street lights are also repaired," he stated, Friday (12/25).

Not only the terminal, street lights repair was also done in some areas such as, Jl Enggano, Jl Ende, Jl Tawas, Jl RE Martadinata, Kampung Bahari and Taman Karapan Sapi.

"The cleaning action is in order to welcome Christmas 2015. Hopefully what we have done could give convenience for citizens," he hoped.
