Two Sealed Houses Not Yet Demolished

Two buildings without Building Permit (IMB) at Bukit Golf Residence Kemayoran, Pademangan, North Jakarta, have not been demolished yet by North Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-Department. Whereas, the owners have been sent Demolishment Warrant (SPB).

"The seal had been installed for a long time, even SPB has also been sent but there's still no execution from officer," said Aria (31), a local, Tuesday (12/29).

Besides that, seal on one of the buildings had been detached and the construction is re-done. "But after it's reported and visited by officers, the seal was re-installed," he explained.

Hendra, (55), one of the buildings owners claimed the construction which is kitchen addition in his house is without IMB. He even willing his building to be demolished. "But we want officer to be fair, by also demolishing troubled building next to us," he told.

North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi stated that his side will find out the cause of the slow controlling against those two sealed buildings. "Don't let any assumption that North Jakarta Administration is selective, even SOP has been run," he asserted.
