According to Bernad Oktavianus Pasaribu, Head of East Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, he has instructed the officer to control public transports park haphazardly on the road, including taxi.

Based on the officer's report, he furthered, the road is still sterile from unruly public transports, but still congested with vehicles.
"Usually, they will act if the road is deserted. We will send our officer to the field soon," he stated.
