Jakarta Provincial Government keeps struggling the six Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD)s’ Government Investment Participation (PMP) fund which was evaluated by the Home Ministry to be returned to 2016 City Budget Draft.

The fund disbursement is planned by the end of this year in order maintain the regional cash stability.
“The disbursement is our strategy to maintain the cash flow,” said Saefullah, Head of Jakarta Budgeting Team, Tuesday (1/12).

“Banggar must know about their program,” he added.
Saefullah continued that the disbursement by the end of year will not be a problem since the development plan is not run in early year.
“We also prepared 12 percent of preceding budget for each regional working unit (SKPD),” he closed.
