Kantor PTSP Cipayung Akan Dipasangi Dua CCTV

PTSP Cipayung Will Have CCTV

As many as two circuit close television (CCTV) cameras will be installed in the office of Cipayung Sub-District One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), East Jakarta. Eventually, the cameras will be placed in office head room and connected with Jakarta BPTSP.

Our current constraint is limited room, whereas the service is pretty much every day

Head of Cipayung PTSP, Maria Yohana disclosed, the PTSP service place is currently still joining in sub-district office, precisely in the southern corner of the lobby. Thus the existing camera is owned by sub-district. But this year, it is hoped two CCTVs and one monitor screens that owned by PTSP.

"Our current constraint is limited room, whereas the service is pretty much every day. But unfortunately office is still joining in sub-district office. This is because we do not think about PTSP office in the plan of making the room at a later time," he expressed, Tuesday (1/12).

He hoped, PTSP has its own room in order to optimize public service. Ideally, the office and archival storage space is separate, instead of merged. Thus it does not interrupt public service.

Meanwhile, the number of people who apply for licensing in PTSP is approximately 20 people every day. Most of them processed the City Plan Assessment letter (KRK) as the image for the submission of Building Permit (IMB), Trade Business Permit (SIUP) and so on.
