Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama encouraged citizens living in slums to immediately move and stay in the flat. In addition to minimize slums, it also aims to avoid home misuse from irresponsible people.

This year, the city administration continues to build 57 flats or 22,000 units. There a are still some people who refuse to be moved. But most of them are living in rented home.
"People who are often protest are those who have lots of dorms and rented homes," he said.
