18 Assets Belong to City Controlled By Third Party

Around 18 assets belong to Jakarta Provincial Government in East Jakarta, allegedly controlled by a third party illegally.

Assistant for East Jakarta Development and Environment, Syofian Taher disclosed, to maintain the asset, his party and Regional Asset Management Office (KPAD) conducted data collection.

"18 assets belong to Jakarta government are controlled by third party. We will do data collection and we will take them back. This is illegal," he said, when he reviewed some assets in Kramat Jati Sub-district, Wednesday (1/20).

City Assets to Be Certified Soon

He explained, some assets are ex-officer of Kramat Jati Urban Village at Jalan Nusa 1, Kramat Jati.

The land as wide as 8,000 square meters is used by citizen for Posyandu and badminton field. Then another land as wide as 6,770 square meters in Bambu Apus is controlled by developer, in which it would be used as a cluster residential.

"Today, we check the whole asset. We will discuss it tomorrow along with related unit and continued with controlling," he stressed.
