Tens of joint personnel held a raid against drugs, porn VCD, sex worker and people with social welfare problem (PMKS) in protocol roads that spread in Taman Sari Sub-district, West Jakarta, since Friday (1/29) night until Saturday (1/30) dawn.

The officer managed to secure some porn VCDs, sex workers, PMKS, and seized dozens of obat kuat (tonics) stalls from Jl Wuruk, Gajah Mada, Mangga Besar Raya and Suryopranoto.

Taman Sari Sub-district Head, Paris Limbong said, on Jl Gajah Mada and Mangga Besar, his side found street vendor stalls sold a wide range of tonics and porn VCDs.

"We seized the evidence and will be destroyed. Then for the seller, has been secured," he told, Saturday (1/30).

He furthered, the officer also secured two sex workers and seven PMKS from Jl Hayam Wuruk and Gajah Mada. Those have been brought to the Kedoya Social House.

"We are committed to continue eradicating any violation or illicit circulation of goods," he stated.
