The normalization project for Ciliwung river along 19 kilometer has reached 47 percent. Flat availability for relocated citizens must be prepared as soon as possible.
The building demolishment should be postponed since the flat is not ready yet
The Public Works and Public Housing Ministry's Ciliwung-Cisadane Flood Control Office (BBWSCC) head T. Iskandar, said that the project is still working in Kampung Pulo up to Kampung Melayu and Bidaracina. He hoped the project will touch Bukit Duri and Kebon Manggis as soon as the citizens are relocated.
“The building demolishment should be postponed since the flat is not ready yet,” he said, Monday (2/1).
Bukit Duri Residents Remain RelocatedHis side will intensify the coordination with East Jakarta and South Jakarta Administration related to building demolishment at Ciliwung riverbank. It is hoped many flats will available in next June.
