Jakarta Dept. of Transportation now finalizes the investment auction for Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) program.

Sigit Widiatmoko, agency’s secretary, admitted that the auction for ERP installation on Jalan Sudirman and Rasuna Said in South Jakarta is being prepared.
“We have finalized the meeting together with Regional Monetary and Asset Management Board (BPKAD). It’s no problem,” he said, Monday (2/1).
ERP Application Still Hampered By RegulationAccording to him, traffic jam in the capital can be minimized if macro transportation is applied at the same time. ERP must be run together with bus procurement and progressive tax implementation.
“ERP tariff is based on number of car passing the gate,” he added.
