Rain poured in Bogor, Depok, and Jakarta since Monday (2/1) night has caused Ciliwung river overflow. Several resident houses at Ciliwung riverbank were inundated.

The maximum water level was 60 cm in Kampung Pulo

Iwan Samosir, East Jakarta Head City Disaster Handling Office, said that water started to inundate since 12 AM last night. Up to 7 AM, the water still inundated three urban villages, Cawang, Bidaracina, and Kampung Melayu.

“The maximum water level was 60 cm in Kampung Pulo,” he said, Tuesday (2/2).

In Cawang Urban Village, puddle occurred at RT 06, 07, 08 of RW 01. Next are RT 11 RW 02, RT 02 and 04 RW 04, and RT 11 RW 05. In Bidaracina Urban Village are RT 05 and 15 RW 07. “Water level was 5-10 cm,” he added.

in Kampung Melayu Urban Village, the puddle is in Kampung Pulo at RT 10, 11, 12, 13 RW 01 by 20-40 cm. Next are RT 08, 09, 14, 15 and 16 RW 02, RT 01, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 RW 03 by 40-60 cm. RT 14/04 by 50 cm, RT 11/05 by 10-30 cm, and RT 01, 04, 05, 16 RW 07 by 5-10 cm.
