Tens of Public Infrastructure and Facility Handling (PPSU) personnel cleaned Kampung Pulo, Kampung Melayu, East Jakarta right after the water has receded.
5 personnel were deployed since 7 AM
Kampung Melayu Urban Village head, Setiawan, admitted the personnel were deployed to clean mud and trash brought by water from Bogor. Mostly the trashes were at tunnel and channel.
Several equipments such as sacks, hoe, saw, and so on, were given to them. One motorcycle-cart and car were also deployed to transport trash.
Kampung Pulo Flood Receded“25 personnel were deployed since 7 AM. They were spread to RW 01, 02, and 03,” he said, Thursday (2/4).
He hoped East Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Cleanliness is able to deploy truck to transport trash from Kampung Pulo to Balimester temporary site.
