Alex Usman, is convicted of alleged mark up over UPS purchase through 2014 City Budget (APBD). At that time, he served as an official for commitments maker (PPK) on UPS procurement in West Jakarta Secondary Education Sub-dept.
Basuki said he knew Usman via social media.
