Based on data from Jakarta Regional Disaster Handling (BPBD), there were nine inundation locations in South Jakarta with water level reached 30-110 cm.

South Jakarta City Disaster Handling Office, Danang Susanto, explained those nine locations were on road. He assessed that low absorption well from surrounding office buildings also caused the puddle.

“In fact, the puddle receded quickly,” he explained, Tuesday (2/9).

Those locations are Jalan Pinang Kalijati, Pondok Labu by 30-50 cm, RW 06 of Cipete Utara by 70-110 cm, in front of Pulo Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru by 40 cm and on Jalan Kemang Raya by 30 cm.

Next are Jalan Mampang Prapatan Raya by 60 cm, Jalan Kalibata RT 13/05, Pancoran by 30 cm, Jatipadang RT 03/04, Pasar Minggu by 40 cm, and Ragunan, Pasar Minggu by 50 cm.
