Ruli (50), one of freelancers, admitted that park is handled by nine freelancers. They are divided into two groups, four people for west and five people for east side. The park position is also split by Klender Flyover.

“Freelancers do not standby at night, so if facilities are broken or stolen, we do not know,” he admitted, Wednesday (2/10).

At night, the spotlight is not too bright. 12 spotlights installed at the area are not spotting the park, but outside the park. In fact, the park’s cleanliness is well managed.
