As many as 10 street vendor shanties on Jalan Raya Enggano, Tanjung Priok Urban Village, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, North Jakarta were controlled by Satpol PP personnel.
Their carts disturbed the pedestrian
Tanjung Priok Urban Village Head, Ma’mun, admitted that the shanties were controlled due to occupy sidewalk and water channel.
“Their carts disturbed the pedestrian,” he said, Monday (2/15).
35 Stalls on Jl Diponegoro ControlledHis side deployed 15 Satpol PP personnel from both Tanjung Priok Sub-district and Urban Village. It is hoped the effort could prevent other vendors selling at the same area.
“Those carts then transported to Satpol PP warehouse,” he added.
