Manhole covering water channel on Jalan Sukarjo Wiryopranoto, Maphar, Taman Sari, West Jakarta, were dismantled. The 100-meter manhole disturbed the personnel to clean the channel. As the result, the surrounding area always inundated by 20 cm.
