Jokowi will Not Be Hasty to Repair National Road

According to him, he wanted to soon repair the damaged roads. If not, its existence will disrupt road users. However, everything has to be coordinated in advance with other stakeholders. "We'll repair damaged roads. But we must know it is provincial or central roads. We don't do the same mistake like before," he expressed.

He also promised to keep coordinating with the Ministry of Public Works in order to accelerate the repair process. He cited Jakarta Provincial Government took over the repair of land subsidence on Jalan TB Simatupang a few days ago, whereas it was central authority.

"I'll contact the Ministry of Public Works soon. If not, I could be blamed again like some time ago," he exclaimed.
