Four connecting channels in West Jakarta are dredged. Four heavy equipments were deployed to smooth the effort.

West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Water Management, Imron S, said those four connecting channels are Mandala Utara in Tomang Urban Village, Grogol Petamburan Sub-district, Duri Selatan in Tambora Sub-district, Persatuan in Sukabumi Selatan Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district, and Thalib in Krukut Urban Village, Taman Sari. Those channels are full of mud.
“Sediment will be dredged fully. We deploy tens of personnel and heavy equipment,” he said, Tuesday (2/16).
