PMI Ship in Seribu Islands Damaged

The ambulance ship belongs to Seribu Islands Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) cannot operate and serve patient for this time. Since 2009, the ship does not have maintenance fund.

Temporarily, our ambulance ship cannot serve patient due to damaged

Head of Public Sub-Division for Seribu Islands PMI, Ahmad Munawai disclosed, his side cannot put referral patient to General Regional Hospital (RSUD) in the land.

"Temporarily, our ambulance ship cannot serve patient due to damaged. As a result, citizen had to come for blood donors," he expressed, Monday (2/22).

He explains, the ship also serves to help flood victim, commemoration event, blood donor in some islands.

"We need tens millions to repair it," he stressed.

He hoped the regency administration and other sides could send assistance for smooth operational of PMI
