Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, asserted the freelancer and PPSU's salary to be paid immediately. He threatened to revoke regional working unit (SKPD)'s Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) if the same case happens next month.

Officials that in question are deputy, assistant, dept head, until echelon-III and -IV. He added, salary payment should not be delayed because it is the employee right.

He furthered that it has happened three consecutive years. Considering, freelancer and PPSU depend on the salary given every month.
"Rp 3 million per month was not enough for them. Why you do not have a conscience. If you do the same mistake next month, no allowance," he closed.
