"Perhaps land finalization will complete in two months," he said, when he saw execution in Kalijodo, Tambora, West Jakarta, Monday (2/29).
Such construction was predicted to be complete by the end of next year. It will happen if it uses City Budget (APBD). But it would be faster, if it uses fund from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
According to Djarot, one private sector, hotel manager that located at Jalan Jembatan Tiga, North Jakarta has been willing to work on RTH construction.
But he has not decided, because he prefers to "beauty contest" to find a developer who is able to build a green park quickly and well.
"many have already offered me of this cooperation, but I prefer to beauty contest," he finished.
