Garbage bins that were previously spread in East Flood Canal (KBT) area, East Jakarta are missing or stolen and have not been replaced with new ones. No wonder, people had to throw garbage haphazardly, especially in afternoon and at night.

Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, the missing bins are stretching from Cipinang Besar Selatan (CBS), Jatinegara until Pondok Kopi, Duren Sawit, or near bus stop, precisely at Jalan KBT.

When being confirmed, Head of East Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-dept, Budi Mulyanto justified that the bins could not be replaced due to lack of budget.
