The condition of Pelangi Bridge in Kancang Island, Pari Island Urban Vilalge, South Seribu Islands is very worrying. Ironically, there has been no repair from related unit.

"The bridge is an access for tourist to get the mangrove park and recreational site in Lancang Island," expressed Head of Pari Island Urban Village, Murta'a, Monday (3/14).

According to him, since early January, tourist in the island continues to increase. And Pelangi Bridge, is hoped able to become an attraction. 

"We can also use the bridge to attract more tourists. Temporarily, through self-help, we repair it using bamboo," he told.

He hoped, the government could repair it soon. Considering it has been reported in the Regional Development Planning Forums (Musrenbang) regarding government vision over destination target in Seribu Islands.
