West Jakarta Administration plans to widen road on Jalan Menceng Raya, Tegal Alur Urban Village, Kalideres Sub-district. Socialization was held in RW 10 and 11.
For those who have no certificate will be relocated to flats
“Information is given to residents about the plan. Socialization held by urban village and sub-district apparatus,” said Denny Ramdany, West Jakarta Government Assistant, Monday (3/14).
He added that his side is still collecting data in RW 10 and 11 related to this project. According to early information, mostly the land have been bought by PT Sarana Jaya, one of city’s BUMD.

He ensured residents who have land certificate will get feasible compensation.
“For those who have no certificate will be relocated to flats,” he closed.
