Jakarta Provincial Government utilizes SMS Gateway system in Cengkareng Puskesmas as one of the pilot innovation service system.

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, the system can shorten the queuing time of patients and ask about queuing time in the puskesmas.
"We can detect the patient. They can consult and answered directly thus its detection can reach 24 hours," he stated, at the office of Ministry of Administrative Reform, Jalan Sudirman, Jakarta, Monday (3/14).
Residents Asked for New PuskesmasOne of the patients that is expected to be eased is patient with diabetes melitus. SMS Gateway can facilitate handlers for those without a long queue at the puskesmas.
"This is one of the goals of the Jakarta government. Thus the life expectancy could be achieved," he stated.
He added such application can easily be used by people. So, in the future, it could be applied all over sub-district.
