Color of Jakarta is Back

Jakarta Provincial Government holds Color of Jakarta (CoJ) photo and video competition. Participants’ work will be used as promotion of Jakarta.
It is hoped many hidden creativity could be showed up
Jakarta Head Dept. of Communication Informatics and Public Relation, II Karunia said there are four categories this year. Those are tourism and culture, photo story themed Jakarta Baru (new Jakarta), street photography, and creative video.
“So we have three photo categories and one video category,” he said, Wednesday (3/16).
According to him, this year’s theme is creative urban. The theme is chosen due to society facility development.
“It is hoped many hidden creativity could be showed up,” he added.
Citizens are able to register at digitalcamera.co.id. Photos and videos submission is closed up to May, while winner announcement is in June.
Total prize is Rp 139 million. Three judges would be involved during competition. Those are Arbain Rambey, Rakhmat Kusnadi, and Yuliandi Kusuma.
There is also mini photo competition at instagram via account @colorofjakarta. Seven themes are competed there.
