Jakarta Governor, Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) on data of Jakarta Provincial Government's account transactions in three banks such as BNI, BRI, and Mandiri online. Such MoU was signed by BPK Head Hadi Poernomo, Jakarta Governor Joko Widodo, BNI Director Gatot M Suwondo, BRI Director Sofjan Basir, and Mandiri Director Budi Gunadi Sadikin, at BPK office, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (4/16).
Jakarta Governor, Jokowi disclosed the cooperation is one step of openness on budget usage. Later on, the BPK could directly monitor all transactions in such banks.
