City Began to Touch Flat for Middle Class

The city administration began to touch the flat construction for middle-class people in the capital. 

Flat construction was been scheduled, we hope there is subsidy from the government considering we also need cost for maintaining the flat

According to Ika Lestari Adji, Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, a number of locations have been proposed, such as Rawa Buaya and Tanah Abang Block G Market depots.

"For worker outside Jakarta, don't worry you don't need to spend your money to go to your home. Because we are now preparing the low-cost flat," she expressed, Thursday (3/17).

City Promises Flat for Under Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Residents

She assessed, the flat construction will take 36 type and its rental cost between Rp2-3 million.

"Flat construction was been scheduled, we hope there is subsidy from the government considering we also need cost for maintaining the flat," she explained.

Not only that, her dept would also indulge disabled people. One of the facilities that will be improved is the provision of a wheelchair. They will also be placed on the first floor to facilitate their activities in parks and other public facilities.

"We also prepare a guide block to the parks and the worship place in the tower. Certainly it must be friendly with disabled," stated Ika.

Thus far, it has been applied in the Tambora Flat such as lift measurement for disabled. And the same thing will also be done to all flats.
